Our Ethical Principles
Privacy and Security
The identity of the person making the report is kept confidential. All applications are evaluated in accordance with the principles of personal data protection and confidentiality.
Impartial Review
Reports submitted to the Ethics Line are evaluated by an independent and impartial team. Personal or corporate interests do not influence the process.
Accessibility
Our employees and stakeholders can access the Ethics Line 24/7 from anywhere. Reports can be made by email, or online form.
Anonymity
Anyone who wishes to do so can submit a report without sharing their name. Not providing identification information does not prevent the report from being evaluated.
Fair Process
Each report is carefully reviewed and concluded objectively. All submissions are considered to be in good faith, except for intentional false reports.
Prohibition of Retaliation
No disciplinary action or adverse consequences will be imposed on individuals who report concerns. Everyone who contacts the Ethics Hotline is protected.
Follow-up and Feedback
Notification recipients are informed about the progress of the process. Each application is recorded and finalized.
